Admission costs 5 Euros per person, reduced fee 4 Euros, family ticket 12 Euros. A discount for groups of 10 or more is available by reservation only.

Public guided tours take place daily at fixed times (standard guided tour of the exhibition in the Albrecht Wing and the Palace Chapel: 90 minutes).
Maximum group size for guided tours: 20
